Habits shape our lives, and thus the results we have privately and professionally. For a company, this means that a large part of the results are conditioned by the set of habits of the individuals who make it up.
Problems that arise for a company in the form of lack of motivation, work omissions, employee dissatisfaction and similar “minor” problems that we accept as normal can be solved with an approach that changes employees’ habits.
WellWork Program 3 is aimed at precisely this: systematic and long-term change in employees’ personal and work habits.

Topic 1
Goal: Focusing on information that helps us understand how the habit mechanism functions through biological, psychological and social factors.
Beginning the coaching process by recognizing one’s own patterns and habits, mapping the current state and defining the targeted, desired state. The result is a clear roadmap for change, which makes the entire process tangible, clear and realistic for the individual.
Topic 2
Goal: We learn about the key to long-term change and how we can make the path to change easier for ourselves.
In the continuation of the coaching process, we apply this key and tips for facilitating change on our own example. The result is a deep intrinsic motivation that is the driving fuel for change and, in addition, a structured plan of action from the current to the desired state.
Topic 3
Goal: Now that we have the knowledge and experience of changing habits, we go through what we have learned and adopted in a structured way in order to create a tool that we can apply in every new situation. In addition, we learn how to approach further improvement of the changed habit. Also, how should we approach changes in habits in the future, so that it is sustainable and effective.
