We deliver WellWork Program 1 differently for:
1. Workers and industries where employees physically work or drive
2. Workers and industries where they predominantly sit while performing their work
Topic 1
Goal: Identify current status and lay the foundation for good habits.
Topic 2
Goal: Establish a good exercise routine and initial strengthening of the muscles that support the spine.
Topic 3
Goal: Develop long-term stability and habits that will reduce the occurrence of pain and stiffness after the program ends.
At the end of the third month, each employee undergoes a final examination and receives a progress report and recommendations for further exercises and prevention.
Each employee can access a manual that offers short reminders for exercises that they can perform at home or in the office.
Feedback and monitoring
Periodic meetings with a physiotherapist to adjust the program and evaluate the effect.
With this multidisciplinary program, employees should improve muscle strength and flexibility, reduce back and neck pain, and adopt long-term habits that will allow for better health and productivity at work.
The programs consist of group meetings and activities for employees between meetings.
We run all programs for 3 or 6 months, and the difference is the greater intensity of the 6-month program due to a larger number of practical coaching meetings, which for your company means greater impact and changes in employees.
